Venue: The Melbury Clinic, Yeovil, Dorset, UK
This one day course is aimed at Consultants, Higher Surgical Trainees and members of their vein treatment team. It provides guidance in the clinical assessment of venous patients, endovenous interventions and microsclerotherapy. It is suitable for vascular and theatre staff and ultrasonographers who work with the surgeon.

Venous Surgical Procedures under local anaesthetic training (1 day)     26th January/ 2nd March 2019

Venue: Nuffield Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, UK (easy access from London)
This one day course focuses on the endovenous laser therapy of the lower limb veins including ultrasound guided simulation and live demonstration of endovascular laser ablation techniques in theatre, Foam Sclerotherapy & Avulsions. The course also has the option of laser safety training and accreditation.

Vascular Ultrasound Imaging course: 26-27th March 2019

Venue: Strathallen Hotel, Birmingham, UK
This course covers the application of duplex, pulsed wave, colour and power Doppler techniques in the investigation of the abdominal, extra and intra-cranial and peripheral vasculature. The emphasis will be on practical hands-on workshops using a range of ultrasound systems and there will opportunity to use a limb phantom for training in ultrasound monitoring of EVLT procedures.

Carotid Ultrasound Imaging course: 11th May 2019

Venue: Royal Society of Medicine, London, UK.
Basic principles of imaging; haemodynamics and Doppler ultrasound techniques; investigating extracranial arteries, intracranial arteries, post-endarterectomy imaging; B-scan and Doppler artefacts.

Venous Ultrasound Imaging Course: 2nd November 2019

Venue: Royal Society of Medicine, London, UK.
This course covers the application of duplex, pulsed wave, colour and power Doppler techniques in the investigation of the superficial and deep venous systems. The emphasis will be on practical hands-on workshops using a range of ultrasound systems and there will opportunity to use a limb phantom for training in ultrasound monitoring of EVLT procedures.
